Not only he is accomplished in verifying land documents, but he is also known for his work in the social spectrum.
N M Muthappa's triumphs are countless: he is the State Secretary of the Indian National Trade Union Congress (INTUC) Karnataka; the president of the Property Services Employees Union (previously known as Private Security Guards Union); the founder and General Secretary of The Garment Workers Union; the founder of Developmental Initiatives for Social Causes and founder and member of the Bangalore Employees and Self-employees Union.
Co-founder of M and M Bangalore Pvt Ltd, Napanda Muthanna Muddappa has also held a prominent name in land dealings and business since 1993. A B.Com graduate from Mangalore University, he too is fond of social activism.
He is the founder and president of Developmental Initiatives for Social Causes (DISC), an organisation that works with women empowerment in Bangalore City. DISC, in collaboration with Corporation Bank and Canara Bank, has provided micro finance opportunities for over 15,000 women.
Napanda Muthanna Muddappa is also the founder of the Garment Workers Union, the Property Services Employees Union and the Bangalore Employees and Self-employees Union. He is the vice-president of INTUC Karnataka and the Indian national Textile, Garments and Leather workers Federation.
